Por meio de projetos de P&D&I sob medida, transformamos passivos ambientais em materiais avançados e produtos de alto valor agregado, com aplicações definidas de acordo com as características do resíduo e os objetivos de cada parceiro.

Nosso modelo de negócio baseia-se no desenvolvimento, validação e transferência de tecnologia. Atualmente, nossa aplicação mais avançada é a produção de fertilizantes encapsulados de alta performance, validada em ambiente relevante (TRL 6). A mesma plataforma tecnológica apresenta potencial para diferentes aplicações industriais, agrícolas e ambientais.

O processo inicia com a caracterização físico-química do resíduo e a avaliação de viabilidade técnica, econômica e regulatória. Em seguida, desenvolvemos e validamos a solução tecnológica mais adequada para cada caso, incluindo testes de desempenho e escalabilidade. Por fim, transferimos o conhecimento, os protocolos e as especificações técnicas necessários para a implementação da tecnologia pelo parceiro industrial, oferecendo suporte técnico em aspectos regulatórios quando aplicável.

ZeoFertil develops and transfers technologies for adding value to silicon- and aluminium-rich industrial waste. Through tailor-made R&D&I projects, we turn environmental liabilities into advanced materials and high value-added products, with applications defined according to the characteristics of the waste and the goals of each partner.

Our business model is based on technology development, validation and transfer. Our most advanced application today is the production of high-performance encapsulated fertilizers, validated in a relevant environment (TRL 6). The same technology platform has potential for a range of industrial, agricultural and environmental applications.

The process starts with the physicochemical characterization of the waste and the assessment of technical, economic and regulatory feasibility. We then develop and validate the most suitable technology solution for each case, including performance and scalability testing. Finally, we transfer the knowledge, protocols and technical specifications required for the industrial partner to implement the technology, offering technical support on regulatory aspects where applicable.
