This Policy explains what personal data the zeofertil.com website collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, “LGPD”).

2. What data we collect

2.1 Data you give us

Contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and message.
Newsletter: name and email.
Sector selection: when you choose “Industry” or “Agribusiness” in the sector selection window.

With each submission we record the date and time, the page you were on and the sector you chose, if any.

2.2 Browsing data (only if you click “Accept all”)

A random identifier for your browser, the number of visits and the date of your first visit. This identifier does not contain your name or anything else that directly identifies you.
Where the visit came from: the referring website and the campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid).
Device information: type (desktop, mobile or tablet), operating system, browser, screen size, language, time zone, connection type and light or dark theme preference.
Page usage: time on the page, how far you scrolled and how many times the sector selection window was opened.

If you choose “Accept essential only”, none of this data is stored or sent.

2.3 Server logs

Like any website, our server logs technical access data, such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, for security purposes and to comply with Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).

We do not use your data for personalized advertising and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use advertising cookies and does not install third-party tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. We use your browser's own storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which works much like cookies:

Third-party content

YouTube videos: only load when you click to watch, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.
Google Fonts: your browser downloads the site's fonts directly from Google, which receives technical data such as your IP address.
Social networks: the Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn icons are plain links and send no data until clicked.

How to change your choice

Use the Cookie preferences link, which is also in the footer of every page. Choosing “Accept essential only” deletes the measurement data stored in your browser. You can also clear the site's data in your browser settings.

5. Who we share data with

Google (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script): stores website submissions, as a processor acting on our behalf.
Our hosting provider: runs the server and keeps the server logs.
Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

International transfers: these providers may store data on servers outside Brazil. In that case, the transfer follows article 33 of the LGPD, based on the contractual safeguards these providers offer.

6. How long we keep data

Contact: for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the relationship, and then for up to 5 years for the regular exercise of rights.
Newsletter: until you ask to unsubscribe.
Browsing data: up to 24 months.
Server logs: 6 months, as required by the Internet Civil Framework.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may ask us at any time for:

confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
portability of your data to another provider;
deletion of data processed based on your consent;
information about who we share your data with;
information about the option not to consent and what happens if you don't;
withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email contato@zeofertil.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on the request. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

We use technical and administrative measures to protect your data: the site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the data we receive is limited to the team members who need it. No system is completely immune to incidents. If a relevant incident occurs, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.

9. Children and teenagers

The site is aimed at companies and professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date at the top of the page shows the version in effect. If a change affects how we use cookies, the cookie notice will appear again so you can make a new choice.
